Due to the different screen ratios of different mobile devices and different browsers, the Safe Area often affects the cover image's display. However there is only one standard creative size but multiple screen ratios. To prevent the creative from being distorted, AdNeon usually scales and crops the creative proportionately, which causes the actual display size(cropped area) to be different when displayed on different devices and browsers. Therefore, AdNeon provides the following Safe Area file as reference for our users. Only the section marked as "Safe Area" will not be cropped or covered. Slogans or important instructions can be placed in the Safe Area area.

The artwork must extend beyond the Safe Area i.e. the the area beyond the Safe Area must not be left empty.

For example, if you upload the Safe Area's file directly as an indicator, you can compare the obvious difference of Mobile Footer Spin Interstitial Combo's cover image between iPhone X and iPhone SE :
